Ingredients
Salt, Spices, Dextrose, Paprika, Dried Onion, Dried Garlic, Natural Flavors, Monosodium Glutamate, Natural Lemon Oil Flavor, Citric Acid.
Directions
Boiling Seafood: 1. Prep: Fill a large pot with 3/4 gallon of water. Add crawfish, shrimp & crab boil. Stir well and bring to a rolling boil. 2. Boil: Add seafood. If seafood is not covered, add enough water to cover. Return to a rolling boil. Boil seafood as indicated in chart below. Boiling Guide (Boil seafood to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F): Seafood Type: Crawfish. Package Boils: 3 lbs. Boil Time: 4 mins. Soak Time: 15-30 mins. Seafood Type: Shrimp. Package Boils: 4 lbs. Boil Time: Turn off heat as soon as water returns to a rolling boil. Soak Time: 5-10 mins. Seafood Type: Crab. Package Boils: 8 medium. Boil Time: 5 mins. Soak Time: 15-30 mins. 3. Soak: Turn off fire, add ice or frozen corn to cool water down, and let seafood soak as indicated. The longer it soaks, the spicier it will be!
