Directions

Keep frozen. Quick Cooking Suggestion: Thaw the fillets, lightly coat with olive oil, season to taste and place in a pre-heated 400 degrees F oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish is flaky. Handling Instructions: For best results, remove fillets from packaging and thaw overnight in refrigerator. For quick thawing, place under cold water until thawed. It is recommended to cook seafood products immediately after thawed. Do not refreeze.
