      Crispy baked chicken - all you need - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, 1 cup that's smart instant mashed potato flakes, 1-1/4 tsp seasoned salt, 6 tbsp margarine, melted. All you do - 1. Preheat oven to 375° f. 2. Rinse chicken in cold water; Drain but do not dry. 3. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. 4. In plastic bag, combine potato flakes and seasoned salt; Shake until well blended. 5. Pour melted margarine into small bowl; Coat chicken with margarine. 6. Place 1 piece of chicken in bag with seasoned potato flakes; Shake well until coated. Place chicken in baking pan. Repeat with remaining chicken pieces. 7. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.

      microwave - 1. Place water, milk, butter and salt in microwave-safe casserole dish. Heat in microwave on high until hot (approximately 1-1/2 minutes). 2. Remove from microwave and stir in potato flakes to moisten. 3. Let stand until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve.
