Dried chamomile is often packaged in tea bags for preparing a chamomile infusion that’s well-known for its relaxing qualities including as a sleep aid. To brew our loose-leaf chamomile, steep a heaping teaspoon in a cup of boiling water for 5 to 10 minutes. Strain the chamomile tea leaves and sweeten as desired.
